Geoffrey founded Lilien LLC in 1984 and continues to lead one of the top IT solution providers in the Western U.S.  Much of Lilien’s success and longevity can be attributed to Geoffrey’s mix of company culture, customer orientation, vendor relationships, technical savvy and market knowledge.  His leadership extends into the HP reseller community through the HP Enterprise Council and other affiliations, and he is regularly quoted in CRN and other trade press.  Geoffrey holds a BS (Cum Laude) in Applied Science and Business from the University of San Francisco. 

Bret sets Lilien’s strategic direction, oversees the company’s Sales, Marketing and Services organizations, and manages partner relationships. Since Bret joined Lilien in 2005 as Vice President of Sales, Lilien has doubled in employees, quadrupled in revenue, and made VARBusiness’ list of Top 50 fastest growing VARs twice. He draws on 17 years of experience building and managing sales organizations in the Enterprise IT space; past positions include Area Vice President for EMC, where he built and managed a $110M business; Vice President, Western Region for BlueArc Corp.; and District Manager for Lanier Worldwide.

Wilson directs the financial and operational functions for Lilien, and has helped position the company for sustained growth.  He brings a unique perspective, having sold HP Enterprise Solutions as well as serving as a controller in the mortgage industry for several years.  Wilson joined Lilien in 1994, has served as the CFO since 2000 and sits on Lilien's Board.  He holds his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration Finance from San Francisco State University.

 Dhruv leads Lilien’s Business Development activities, drives advanced solutions for major accounts and serves on the company’s Board. Since joining Lilien in 1992, he has developed key relationships among technology partners, enabling Lilien to deliver superior service and value.  Dhruv earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Manufacturing Design and Process from San Francisco State University.

Steve manages Lilien’s Professional Services group, which delivers IT consulting, implementation and staff augmentation services.  Since joining Lilien in 1994, Steve has stressed training and customer orientation, and holds his team to the highest standards.  He draws on his extensive knowledge of HP, having implemented every major server and storage product they offer, and is an expert in disaster recovery, backup and recovery, volume management, SAN design and arrays. Steve graduated from DeVry University with a B.S. in Science.

As head of operations for Lilien, Eric ensures customer satisfaction on every transaction through flawless execution. His team serves as the hub for Lilien’s product sales activity, facilitating the flow of information throughout Lilien, the distributor and with the customer – all parties are clear on products, pricing, delivery and service.  Since 1992, Eric has used his industry knowledge to support Lilien’s strategic direction.

Scott drives the creation and adoption of technology solution offerings for Lilien, while providing technical consulting to customers. Working from a broad technical background, Scott has extensive experience and expertise with enterprise storage networking and high-performance computing environments. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of California, San Diego.

Payam heads up Lilien’s team of engineers, responsible for solution design to configuration to implementation. He draws on extensive experience with x86 servers and blades, VMware, Windows, and Linux platforms. Payam's expertise includes performance analysis, especially involving design of high performing SAN solutions for Virtualization platforms. His top priorities are 100% customer satisfaction and maximum efficiency. Payam holds a B.S. in Computer Engineering from Michigan State University.

Since 2006, Kurt has directed marketing operations, focusing on communications, brand development, lead generation and partner relationships.   He draws on twenty years of growing businesses, with management roles in marketing, product development and finance operations. Kurt holds an MBA from the University of Washington and a BS from University of California, Berkeley.
